I am really excited that you have landed here and that step already tells me that you are looking to commit to making some important changes to your current lifestyle. 


Here at SHPT that really does excite me as that is exactly what my work is about. CREATING CHANGES. So Where do we start? Right here. Right now. Completely with you! So...what's first? All you need to do is book your FREE 20 minute consultation with me. Go to the "CONTACT PAGE" at the top of the website and submit your details. We will agree on a time that best suits you for your FREE CONSULTATION and this is your very first personal challenge! You MUST commit to the date and time you have made yourself a priority. This is our first chance and opportunity to either meet in person or via phone/skype and to begin to establish our professional working relationship. We will discuss what it is you are looking to achieve in terms of the goals you have already set for yourself. The consultation is a really important 1st chapter of our potential working relationship. It is really important that you feel comfortable and at ease with your Personal Trainer as the likelihood is- that you will spend at least once a week with them- invite them into your home/chosen location.


You are making an investment and it is really important that you invest in the product/services that are right for you. I would advise anyone to meet as many different Personal trainers and life coaches in their surrounding areas as they can before making a decision on the individual they are 100% happy with. There is an astonishing 4% of the population you will not gel with. What if the personal trainer you picked blind folded fell into your 4% without you never having met them? AWKWARD!

AND THEN WHAT?


Once your free consultation has taken place and you are happy for us to work together we will establish your goals and the day and time you would like to train, that's when the real fun starts!

 

YOU will choose the location that best suits YOU (Home, garden, park, gym, office etc).


 EVERYTHING is brought directly to you, the client, so you have NO ROOM FOR EXCUSES or the opportunity to bail out or most importantly- quit. 


The duration of the session is anything from 45 minutes to an hour.


There are indoor options available on request.


Your sessions include Before, during and after photographs (Optional); regularly recorded body measurements; Eating plans with nutritional support and guidance throughout. Online sessions are available on request.

CHOOSING WHAT WORKS FOR YOU

Here is a video clip of some out door work that took place in a local park. We are using weighted ropes in this PT and the client is specifically looking to build strength, to tone and to continue on her amazing weight-loss journey.  Booked sessions will incorporate a variety of kit that can enable you to get the results you are looking to achieve. I have an extensive range of "outdoor kit" and "indoor kit" to fit contrasting work outs. Every session is different. I keep the body guessing so that the session never becomes predictable or boring. Most of all we have fun! Fitness has got to be enjoyable! This is key to your success.

YOUR PERSONAL PACKAGE


Your personal package will continually be modified to physically challenge you but ultimately reward you the goals and targets that have been set out for you and in total partnership with you- right from the word go. Your achievements and success are sustainable with my realistic and all round approach to my work. My work and approach is varied and guided by your interests and the pace of which you feel comfortable to train. I am able to develop a program that is moderate to high in physical intensity. You set the limitations! The skies the limit! We just have to reach for the stars!
