We go to get FUEL . You drive into the petrol station and pull up to the petrol pump. You get out of the car and look at all the different types of fuel that are waiting before you. 


You are only ever going to put the RIGHT fuel in that car to enable it to perform its absolute best for you. If you fill it with the WRONG FUEL (I have been fortunate enough never to have done this, but we all know what we have to do if we have fallen victim to this epic error) we must work our hardest and fastest to PUMP IT OUT before it DAMAGES its awesome engine.


YOUR body is EXACTLY the same and that is why it is SO IMPORTANT to get this staggering 80% RIGHT. YOU WILL NOT GET THE RESULTS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR UNLESS YOU DO.
